What to read next...
I thought I would share what I am reading and what I am going to read in case you are looking for some good reads. I will comment on how much I liked them after I've read them.
Right now I'm reading Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert and I really love it. I haven't seen the movie yet because I think watching the movie first kind of ruins the book. At least for me. So far I've followed Gilbert through Italy and India, which is the Eat and pray parts of her book. She is really good about taking me on the journey with her and it makes me want to go out and eat some good food. I also love her style of writing. It's easy to follow and is very captivating. I am excited to keep reading and following her to where she goes next. I think the "love" part of her journey will be my favorite.
Here's what's up next. As soon as I finish Eat, Pray Love I am going to dive into the classics. I am very excited about this because I haven't really taken the time to read a lot of the good ol' classics. I think we are so drawn to what is modern and new that we tend to leave the other stuff behind. I would hate to see these amazing books be forgotten. I know they aren't as easy to read but I think it will be a fun challenge. I hope you will read them with me.
