It's what's for dinner...

As you probably already know, I love to cook. I have so much fun coming up with my own recipes and dinners. Here are a few of the dinners we've had lately that I am proud of.

I made this BBQ Chicken Sandwich with homemade, baked yam fries and broccoli.

This next one I was pretty proud of and it was actually so easy and quick to make.
It's a zucchini and rice stuffed lemon pepper chicken breast with a sweet potato and cheddar cheese stuffed bell pepper. 

I'd like to add that both of these meals have no added salt and definitely don't need it. If you want a run down on the ingredients and how to make them let me know. It's so easy, quick, delicious and healthy!
