Breakfast

Breakfast burrito
480 calories 

These meals are all based on a 1800 calories a day intake plan for a heavily active lifestyle. I will also be posting my fitness routines as well. Today is my rest day. 

2 slices of turkey bacon
1/4 c red peppers diced
1/4 c mushrooms diced
Handful of mixed greens with spinach and kale
One ancient grain tortilla
3 organic free run eggs 
1/2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp salsa
