Delicious Tuna Salad!!

I found this recipe and tweaked it to make it better with more veggies.


  • 2 small cans chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
  • 4-6 tablespoons mayonnaise (judge by how moist you like it, I used about 4)
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • 4-6 gerkin sweet pickles chopped
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 1 carrot(I used the potato peeler to do the fine strips and then chopped them, I didn't use the whole carrot)
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried minced onion flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed(I actually left this out because I didn't have it)
  • 1 pinch garlic powder


  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and onion flakes and other veggies. Season with curry powder, parsley, dill and garlic powder. Mix well and serve with crackers or on a sandwich.
  2. Top sandwich with lettuce
