Bulgolgi Beef (Michael Strahan’s Mom’s Recipe)

2 lbs Beef round steak
⅓ C Soy Sauce
¼ C Sesame Oil
1 Clove garlic
1 regular onion
1 bunch Scallions
2 Bell peppers

Cut 2 lbs beef into the wide strips taking out all the fat.
Marinate the beef in ⅓ C soy sauce, ¼ C sesame oil, and 1 clove garlic (smashed). Add some sugar to sweeten marinade. (marinade overnight if possible)
Cut up 1 bunch of scallions and 1 onion

Add marinated beef, scallions, and onion to heated wok or pan.
stir occasionally, then cover with lid and let cook for a bit.
Just before finishing cooking, add chunks of bell peppers and let the steam quickly.

Serve over steamed rice.
