Graham Cracker Crusted Chicken with BBQ'd Sweet Potato slices and Bacon wrapped asparagus

I want pursuing the bulk isle of the grocery store, which is something I often do, and I came across Graham cracker crumbs. I don't know if there is an actual recipe for this but I thought it would be a tasty way to bread chicken. Here's what I came up with:

I got two plates and a bowl and in the bowl I mixed egg and a little bbq sauce. On the first plate I put flour and on the second I mixed the graham cracker crumbs with a little pepper. I like the cut my chicken breasts like I am going to butterfly them but I keep cutting all the way through. I find them easier to manage and faster to cook this way. I dipped each breast into the flour then the egg mixture then the graham cracker crumbs. I placed them in a greased baking dish and poured a little melted butter on each breast.
There is one thing I would change about this recipe as it was a little sweet and not very crunchy. I would mix half graham cracker crumbs with half panko crumbs to give it some crunch. I baked these at 400F for 20 minutes. This was the perfect heat and time I found, to make them moist and fully cooked.

I then skinned and sliced a sweet potato and put the slices on a big piece of foil and sprayed them down with olive oil spray. Sprinkle a little salt, pepper, and chili powder and folded up the foil. I placed these on the bbq for about 25-30 minutes at medium heat.
I also layed about half a bundle of asparagus on a large piece of foil, put them in three bundles and sprayed them with olive oil and sprinkled a little salt and pepper on them. I then took three pieces of bacon and wrapped each bundle of asparagus in the bacon, using tooth picks to secure the bacon. Leave the foil open like a bowl. Place these on the bbq at medium to low heat and keep an eye on them. They don't take long to cook and you want to keep turning them to get the bacon to cook on all sides. Once the bacon is crisp these are done. I'd say only 10-15 minutes so time it accordingly.
I really enjoyed this meal and it was super easy to make. I hope you give it a try.
